Suggestions & Yoga Etiquette
For Hot classes, please arrive 10 minutes early. If you are new to our studio, please arrive 15 -20 minutes early to complete check-in forms and acclimate to the heat. We offer water and other hydration products. We suggest you hydrate before, during, and especially the 4-8 hours following class.
Before a class do not eat a major meal and limit food intake an hour to two prior to any hot classes. You will regret it if you do! If you must get text or emergency message from your children or whomever in studio, which is the only reason to have cell in studio, please tell teacher and ENSURE your phone is on vibrate or text only. Any unexpected ringing will disturb the classroom flow and is not acceptable behaviour. Otherwise, cell phone is to be left outside main studio room or with desk person who can alert you.
Please refrain from heavy perfumes and excessive jewelry. Leave all shoes and socks in the changing areas, and please USE QUIET VOICE TONES inside the studio room. Inside any studio is a sacred space, and others come for quiet and concentration. If you arrive after 10 minute window of start time, you must leave any personal items in lobby area of studio. After 15 minutes from start time of class, it is up to the teachers' and desk person's discretion if you are to be permitted in.
