Vinyasa and Ashtanga
Nonheated classes. Ashtanga is a systemized flow developed by the great Patabhi Jois expressing Sun Salutations, hip openers and twists, and core work which will develop personal power and stamina, upper body strength, and breath control. Great for adding discipline and steadiness to your yoga routine. We currently practice Ashtanga wed night 6:20pm and will have more Ashtanga in the summertime
Vinyasa is more creative and also makes use of Chatauranga's, flows and harnessing the breath. It's not systematized , which allows for freedom of movement , variety of pose choices, and developing internal strength.
Hot Yoga
Based on the usual 26 pose series. Done in 100+ degree heat, each pose is performed twice. Great starter class for anyone new to hot or yoga, because the poses are largely stationary, and help you learn breath control, balance, focus and concentration. Is very meditative and healing! Great if you need calm and to rid yourself of ADD.
Hot Yoga Fusion
Hot class based on mixes of standard hot poses combined with vinyasa like flows. Why be limited to the hot series when we can create and experience more. We currently practice the Fusion class Tuesday mornings, 9:30am. More may be added soon
Gentle Vinyasa/Hatha Great introduction to yoga's basic practice, learning pose fundamentals while keeping things slow. Good for all ages, young and mature. 9:45am Wednesdays
Linda's Original Inside Out
Work physically from the Inside to Outside! Sculpt and tone plus improve your mental focus. Linda uses many fitness techniques that will result in lean muscles, improved strength and gives you the mental motivation to get you there. Join us for this dynamic class!
Hot Vinyasa and Hot Power Yoga
Creative Flows led by the instructor that often move through Sun Salutations, Downward Facing Dog, and a wider variety of Asanas than hot yoga. Power is based on Baron Baptiste's flows which create upper body strength, internal core strength, and require deep breathing and stamina
Individual Sessions
A private session is a good way to tweak your practice, discover better mechanics and learn tips to aid you if your stuck or new. Perhaps you learn better with one to one attention or you're shy or nervous in group exercise. An individual session can help develop confidence and increased breath control, which you can take back with you to your mat for group practice

Kids Yoga
Leave your name and contact information at the studio. We can arrange yoga for kids ages 7 - 15 now, and younger in the fall
