Kids and Teen Yoga Programs: package of 5 sessions for $75 dollars, kids have one grace week to miss. Drop-in price is $18/class . Preregistration recommended prior to first class.
Next Beginner Workshop is July 19th, 12:45-2:40 pm. Move slowly into learning the basics of both hot styles and how to get the most out of your practice. $35 in Advance/$40 after July 15th.

TEEN Yoga class Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:00pm , ages 11-15. Pre-registration is Required. Leave your childs name and info with our desk staff
Yoga for Kids 7-10 years old, Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Your child can begin to improve posture, self esteem and have fun learning poses! Feel free to call for more information!
Prenatal Classes returning to Thursdays, beginning July 9th. Great for childbirth preparation and keeping limber and supported. Class is cancelled for today Sat June 27th
We have 4 Nonheated Classes! Tuesdays at 5:30 pm . Our Saturday 1:00 pm Hatha class is perfect for beginners to yoga! Friday 9:30 am class will still be Karen but doing Ashtanga. Wed at 8pm is also not heated. ENJOY!
